Oakbridge Building Ltd was founded by Michael and Lee after years of encountering substandard workmanship and unreliable contractors in the building industry. Frustrated by the lack of professionalism, they set out to create a company that would do things differently.
With a strong blend of advanced construction management qualifications and hands-on site experience, they built Oakbridge on three core values: quality, cost-efficiency, and customer service. Their goal? To provide homeowners with a higher standard of building work — one that is professional, clean, safe, and delivered with pride every time.

With over three decades of experience in UK infrastructure and residential construction, Michael Glavin brings a wealth of expertise to Oakbridge Building Ltd. Michael holds an NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) – a mark of his professional excellence and commitment to high industry standards.
Lee Allen
Construction Manager
Lee Allen brings 30 years of frontline construction experience to Oakbridge Building Ltd, with a strong focus on site safety, operational excellence, and efficient project delivery. He holds an NVQ Level 4 in Construction Supervision, alongside a suite of high-level operational certifications that reflect his deep practical knowledge of on-site building work.
